PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS (OHIO REV. CODE 4728)
In accordance with Ohio State Law and Federal Regulations:

  1. Identity Verification: All sellers must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

  2. Physical Description: Per Ohio law, a physical description of the seller (height, weight, hair/eye color) must be recorded for every transaction.

  3. 72-Hour Hold: All items purchased are subject to a mandatory 72-hour physical hold at our licensed location before being processed, altered, or resold.

  4. Law Enforcement Reporting: All transactions are reported daily to local law enforcement as required by ORC 4728.07.

FEDERAL COMPLIANCE
We maintain a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) protocols in compliance with FinCEN and USA PATRIOT Act requirements. We do not accept cash payments exceeding $10,000 without filing IRS Form 8300
